These terms govern your use of the TradeOnLive website and the one-time purchase of access to its private Telegram community.

Service and eligibility
TradeOnLive provides general market analysis, trading indicators, key levels and community updates for educational purposes. You must be at least 18 and legally able to make the purchase where you live. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you. We may refuse or restrict access where required by law or where a user abuses the service.
Price, payment and delivery
The advertised purchase price is $59.99 USD as a one-time payment, with no monthly subscription. Stripe handles checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, we show a personal Telegram invitation and send the same link to the checkout email address. The invitation is intended for one person and expires 24 hours after creation. That expiry applies to joining through the link; it does not by itself state that community membership ends after 24 hours. Check your email, including spam or promotions, and contact the operator if delivery fails.
Refunds and problems
If access is not delivered or does not work, contact the operator so we can investigate and provide a working invitation or an appropriate remedy. Refunds, cancellations and statutory withdrawal rights are handled according to the law that applies to your purchase; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. If you dispute a charge, provide the transaction details so we can locate it.
Educational content and decisions
The service is not a broker, exchange, custodian or personalised financial adviser. Content is not a recommendation tailored to your circumstances, an offer to buy or sell an asset, or a promise of returns. You decide whether, when and how to trade; assess the risks independently and obtain qualified advice where appropriate. Read the trading and crypto risk notice before making any investment decision.
Community conduct and content
Keep your invitation personal. Do not resell access, copy or redistribute members-only materials, impersonate others, harass members, post unlawful content or interfere with the service. We may moderate or remove content and suspend access for a material breach or safety concern, subject to applicable law. TradeOnLive retains rights in its original materials; you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them while access is provided.
Availability and liability
Markets, data feeds, payment providers, email delivery and Telegram can be unavailable or inaccurate. We may update analysis, features or community rules as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of market information or any trading outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeOnLive is not liable for trading losses or indirect losses arising from reliance on educational content. This does not limit liability or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be handled as required by applicable law. The legal notice identifies the site operator and how to contact us.
